There is a fire inside of me for this path of Women’s health and empowerment.

It has been burning for a long time – roughly 10 years, I’d say.

I’ve stepped away a time or two when I’ve needed to deal with my own life or go deeper into myself.

And each time that I have, I’ve found myself closer to my vision.

I don’t like to get too far ahead of myself, but I feel like the last 10 years have been leading me to so many things that I see for this year.

These are the wonderful things about this life,

being a woman,

having a vision,

being committed,

doing the work,

and letting it be messy

Is that you can go off track,

and you can always come back

Because really there is no path,

except the one that you claim for yourself.

You can change and the path can change as many times as you need,

until everything lines up for your highest good.

The cherry on top of my own health journey has been getting more solid in my sobriety. I have needed and utilized a lot of tools and support for my process.

I’m a firm believer in finding the unique tools, resources and support that we need to reach our health goals as individuals.

I love to be one of those things for women on a path of bettering themselves and their health.
