Emotions and the Heart

Our precious hearts are connected to so many aspects of our health and can lead us directly to places within us which are in need of attention.

Have you ever known anyone to pass from being heart broken via a heart attack? If you dive into energy medicine like this you will find too many undeniable correlations.

This is why listening to our bodies and following our hearts is so crucial. When we tune in and learn to move through our emotions, we give our whole selves permission to heal.

The heart is connected to the emotions of: love, joy, fear, anger, loneliness, security.

Foods that support the heart:
Fish that are high in omega-3s (salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring, trout), berries, green veggies, nuts & seeds, green tea, dark chocolate.

Feeling into the emotional needs of the heart can be life changing. Finding safe ways to go there such as therapy, yoga and breathwork can open the door to so much healing.

The key is to become an explorer of your own body, heart and emotions, and let the magic unfold. 🤍
