Emotions and the Kidneys

Let us continue exploring the connection between our emotions and our organs.
Your kidneys are small but mighty, complex filters for your blood and fluids that run through the body.
The color of your urine can be a key indicator of kidney health, therefore hydration is one of the best ways to keep your kidneys (and all other organs) healthy.
The kidneys are connected to the emotions of: fear and instability
Foods that support the kidneys:
Dark leafy greens, berries, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, lemons/lemon water, honey.
B vitamins- which are best found in and processed by the body with whole food, but supplementation can also be helpful.
The key with all things health is to become an explorer of your own body and emotions, and let the magic unfold. ✨

*PSA: These posts are simply my own explorations. Please become your own explorer for health. This is just one of the many ways we can discover the relations to all levels of our well being and unlock answers for ourselves.
