Refreshing Pineapple Tea

Just in time for some cool Summer refreshments, this one is sooo good!

Cut up your pineapple as usual, but save the skin and the core.

Add to a large pot of clean water and bring to a boil.

Add a dash of vanilla and cinnamon (not too much!).

Set to simmer for 30 minutes.

Let cool and strain the juice into a glass pitcher.

Drink warm or refrigerate and drink on a hot summer day!
