We started the @whole30 here over the weekend and since I know y’all love some good food ideas, I’m going to be sharing some of my favorite recipes with you along the way…
Starting with this breakfast which turned out to be big enough for 2 for the whole week, or for a family breakfast kind of morning! So good 😋
Sheet Pan Apple Bacon Quiche
1 extra large chopped sweet potato
1 package breakfast sausage, preferably with no nitrates or sugar
8 slices chopped bacon, no nitrates or sugar
8 whisked eggs
salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste
2 small diced apples
1 large tomato sliced
Sauté sweet potatoes & sausage in a separate skillet until fully cooked.
Cook bacon separate until desired crisp.
Transfer meats and sweet potatoes to a cake dish or a cookie sheet.
Top with apples, tomatoes, and eggs.
Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until egg is cooked to your liking by.
Remember you can change up the ingredients however you like!
